SAMMY X-PRESS - VERTICAL (min 22ga. - 16ga.)
The patented Sammy X-Press System is designed to provide direct attachment of threaded rod in metal deck (22-16 gauge), while providing reduced installation costs in terms of time and materials. The X-Press System features an easy-to-install anchor with expanding anchoring strips that collapse to prevent pullout after installation. The Sammy X-Press-It® Installation Tool assures a perfect installation every time, offering the added convenience of one-tool efficiency – just drill and drive in seconds!  UL listings and FM approvals are available. Available for ¼”, ⅜” and M10 threaded rod.

The X-Press Anchors eliminate the need for a costly trapeze to support “arm-overs” and are ideal in pipe hanging applications.  In many instances, access to the backside of the installed fastener is prohibited by panel liner, roofing insulation or light weight concrete. Sammy X-Press anchors deliver the performance installers require without the use of a retaining nut!

Sammy X-Press Sidewinder® provides a side mount solution when attaching threaded rod in metal deck (minimum 22 gauge) and purlin (minimum 16 gauge). This labor and cost savings overhead attachment allows for easy adjustment, eliminating the need to cut threaded rod on-site. Available for ⅜” threaded rod.  UL listed for pipe hanger and end-of-line restraint .

SAMMY X-PRESS - SWIVEL (min 22ga. - 16ga.)
Our Sammys Swivel technology eliminates distortion of threaded rod and allows rod to hang plumb in pitched applications. Products offer an angled 89° in z-purlin and 45° in metal deck for a 12/12 pitch. The X-Press Swivel installs in seconds while saving time & installation costs. Use this product in applications where access to the back of the installed fastener is prohibited. No retaining nut required. UL Listed for pipe hanging and end-of-line restraint.  Available for ⅜” and ½” threaded rod.
